- Qualified Nurses
Job Description: To be responsible for the residents’ physical, personal and psychological needs on a daily basis. To help promote as much personal and physical independence and choice as possible in the activities of daily living undertaken by the residents within Day Center. To help maintain a stimulating and calm environment for our residents.You will be responsible for the supervision and delegation of all tasks during the course of your shift and supervision of all the team. Responsible for effective use of all resources.
- Health Care Assistants
Job Description: you will be an integral part of the Care Team, whose aims are to ensure that client’s physical, personal and psychological needs are met on a daily basis. We strive to promote and maintain independence. We believe in offering clients as much choice as possible in all aspects of their daily routines. We promote the holistic approach as this works best with our client base and we encourage this practice at all times. You will be involved in therapeutic activities that have been designed by the MDT at the center, putting the client’s needs at the forefront of all planned activities.
- Domiciliary Care Staff
Job Description: For many people it is important to stay at home in their own, familiar surroundings near to friends and family. At the same time, remaining independent may also be very important to you but that can mean you need a little extra help. Some carefully chosen home care (sometimes known as domiciliary care) can often be the perfect solution to getting a little help whilst retaining a good level of personal freedom. Reasons for choosing domiciliary care can vary. Sometimes after a stay in hospital, someone might find they need some help whilst they recuperate. Others can find that a long-term condition or disability means they need some help at home.
- General Operatives
Job Description: You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of routine building, maintenance and repair jobs, with minimum disruption to the care home. Your key duties will include checking electrical items brought into the home by our residents, oversee heating systems, fire alarm checks, refrigeration and general electrics. You will be accountable for compliance with the Health and Safety At Work Act, COSHH, service contract and inspections.
- Domestics
Job Description: As a domestic you will carry out the cleaning of our facilities. this could include:
- dusting.
- using spray cleaners.
- cleaning hard floors with mops or electric floor cleaners.
- using vacuum cleaners or carpet cleaners.
- cleaning toilet and bathroom areas.
You’ll do with routine cleaning which needs to be done on a daily or weekly basis as well as emergencies such as spills. You may also carry out regular, planned deep cleaning on a monthly or annual basis.
